Sarah‑Jane Hart is an A‑graded, ORDIT‑registered Driving Instructor with over 20 years’ experience. She passed the DVSA Special Test (Cardington) at Gold standard and is known for innovative training methods, such as award‑recognised DriveTag (training with acoustic guidance). 

With a strong background in sports management and coaching and having represented Egnland in sports, Sarah uses a coaching‑led, client‑centred approach founded in her sports career, which helps PDIs achieve exceptional first‑time pass rates for Parts 2 and 3. 

She co‑founded Drive Hart Ltd in 2018 and is Director of Training and Coaching (leading in Part 2 and Part 3 training and coaching and in-car assessments).

Julia Clayton (ORDIT) is a retired Chief Officer of Police, with a proven background in training design and delivery, and has extensive experience in online system design for business change with ACPO, HO and HMIC.   

In 2018, she co‑founded Drive Hart Ltd with Sarah Hart, providing professional instructor training and managing a Training Association of ADIs providing learner training in the South of England. 

Drive Hart maintains outstanding customer reviews from learners and trainee instructors and has received national awards for innovation and community support focus.

Julia is Drive Hart’s Head of Safeguarding and Training Administration and is the Director responsible for online service provision and support for learners and trainee instructors.
