Intro to IMPACT-ADI by Sarah Hart (Director/ORDIT)

Short introduction of Drive Hart's IMPACT-ADI training approach for PDIs and ADIs by Sarah Hart (ORDIT) - Director of Drive Hart's IMPACT-ADI programme and Lead Coach. 

IMPACT - ADI approach offers a structured approach to training based on an assessment of your actual needs.  It is relevant to both those in training and established ADIs who require professional development and/or preparation for standards checks. 

It has core aspects:  

1. IMPACT-ADI Tailored Training to your needs and goals
2. IMPACT-ADI Support & Resources (online) through subscription to Drive Hart Training Association

What marks it out from other standard training programmes is that Drive hart IMPACT-ADI provides a clear pathway for you to follow.  This is achieved by: 

• Assessment of where you are now - in terms of instruction ability and understanding of the DVSA competencies - to target your training!
• Setting out a clear definition of your ambition/goals before setting a training plan - so plans are realistic and tailored to your needs, budget and timescales! 
• Defining with you a realistic action /training plan with clear steps for your development to achieve those goals  - so you can see the route to success!
• Coaching and monitoring of the plan by your OrDIT Trainer who will ensure you're on track and prepared for your exam  - via Teams with chat and resources to help you achieve!  
• Associate with Drive Hart for Support and Networking - you can raise questions, access online support materials to help you realise your goals. 

The programme also provides the opportunity to become a Training Associate on a monthly subscription with Drive Hart to keep you connected and supported to your ORDIT trainer and access resources and online materials to help your preparations for your new career.
